You need to make sure the address on your Cricket account and the address on the bank account match. This is how the system verifies the account and is usually the culprit when a payment is rejected. Also, make sure your bank allows electronic transactions. Sometimes they are blocked unless you specifically allow them.
That said...it still might not work. Sometimes that system has a mind of it's own.
