I have health issues and not enough money. So capital one sued me and i'm filing bankruptcy. It hasn't been filed yet, but I think my lawyer said in the mean time, since i never paid capital one with my current checking acct. They most likely won't freeze my acct. Is that true? I always thought there was a way to find it...He said I should probably just take my money out of the acct anyway. I live check to check, so there is not very much money in there. But when I meet with the judge when I file, and he looks at my bank statements, won't he see that I take almost all of my check out, and think I'm hiding my money?
Check garnishment from bank acct they don't know of?
