Check engine light on in my 02 Jeep Wrangler - code 1486?

The check engine light came on in my 2002 Jeep Wrangler. The code that came up was a 1486, does anyone know what that could be?
 
SYMPTOM
P1486 - EVAP LEAK MONITOR PINCHED HOSE FOUND

WHEN MONITORED
Immediately after a cold start, with ambient/battery temperature between 40 °F and 90 °F and engine coolant temperature within 10 °F of ambient/battery temperature.

SET CONDITION

According to www.jeepforum.com a 1486 code is a pinched or blocked hose in the evaporative hose system.
