no don't do it that way.. take it to auto zone. they will read that code for free and tell you what is going on.. then come back here and tell us what it says and we can help you.. what is the car doing? the check engine light can be 1 of 1600 things on that chrysler.. i have one i know... common issues is vacuum leak which is usually the intake gasket. nothing to stress over it would just make your car hesitate sometimes
