Cheat in FPS games w/ iPhone APP?

Hi.. my friend said he got an iPhone app that connects to your PC..
and it allows you to cheat in an FPS game.. for example you point your iPhone
to a part of your PC screen, and touch your iPhone screen it will enable "left click"
so. most FPS games .. "left click" means shoot.
so it's easy to cheat because you don't need to move your mouse..

if u don't understand my explanation, .. all I want is an iPhone app that allows you to "Cheat" in FPS games. =)
I tried Mobile Mouse already
