Cheapest way to get TSN HD?

I need some advice from the experts here before I call up Bell to make some changes.

I'm currently a BellTV subscriber, with a pretty basic package (digital basic plus two themes), currently renting a 5900 receiver.

I'd like to make the "jump" to HD, but really the only channel I care to watch in HD is TSNHD for CFL games. I've watched SD and HD side-by-side, and it really makes no difference to me for "standard" tv shows and the news.

What's the cheapest way that I can upgrade to a HD PVR (for sports I NEED to have the PVR functionality) and get TSNHD? I'm willing to fork over the cash to buy the HDPVR if I can get a decent deal on the programming package, but renting is fine too.

I'm in Edmonton, so switching to Shaw is an option if Bell can't give me a reasonable offer. Any suggestions?

Digital basic $33$, SD sports pack 1 $8, tsn HD pick & pay $2.50, $3 digital fee
Total $46.50

Call the Retention dept ask for the free upgrade to HD. Get a 9241 free rent for a year and ask fo a 40% discount for a year.
$46.50 - $18.56 = $27.94 a month for a year.

You could also get the 6131 and plug an external hard drive into it. The only issue with that would be you can't watch one show (live) and record another as its a single tuner. the 9241 has the dual tuner which you can watch live and record another, but the regular price is $300 more ($199 vs $499) before any discounts/sales.
