I'm thinking about outsourcing a project I have. I need a 10min visual tutorial created and I'm just wondering if Video and Flash animation production has any differences when it comes to price.
To give you an idea of what I want, the only content I am able to provide is a script and about 15 different powerpoint slides. Both flash and video will need someone to give a voice-over but for the visuals, if it's video I would prefer a person to camera tutorial but with flash this can be replaced with creative animations that follow the narrative.
