I'm making a short film and I want camera movement to be as versatile as possible, without having to break the bank too badly. Any ideas for a camcorder that heavy? It's 3.7 lbs and I have a DOF adapter that I'd like to use with a follow focus if that would be at all possible. That would probably add at least two more pounds and even with a rail system, it's going to make it a lot harder to counter balance.
Cheapest steadicam (or alternative) for the Panasonic DVX100?
