Cheapest Phone

I have a new S312 phone of Sony Ericsson. Its the cheapest phone that I ever purchased with a 2 mega pixel camera on it and with a music player. I really liked it because its so slim and very light. Do you think its a best buy for me?
 
You do realize that a lot of phones are free with the contract or just free upgrades.. If it works good and you think you got a good deal then I guess it was a good buy.
