ok so i just got a 2004 honda s2000 and i am planing on doing some modifications my self to it but i need help on what to do. i am not made of money so i am trying to keep it cheap so i was doing to start out with a air-intake and a good exhaust. first what are some good air intakes and exhausts. i have been thinking about a k&n air-intake and maybe some kind of f1 exhaust but i want one that adds some power. after doing all of that what would be some good upgrades that would not brake the bank. plz help me out

The S2000 makes most of its horsepower at very high RPMS. Air intakes and exhausts might help out a LITTLE with low-end grunt (K&N make good air intakes...not sure on exhausts). As for simply adding power, it's going to be tough to do on the cheap, you'll risk blowing the engine.

Just learn to drive the S2000 in its power-band. Keep her revved HIGh and love the near0-perfect weight distribution. I hope you didnt buy this car for drag-racing...its much more suited to canyon-carving.
