I currently live in nw burbs of chicago and looking to go out of state for school and was seeing what college/universities offer the cheapest out of state total cost. Illinois does not participate in the student exchange so i don't get discounts for neighboring states. Currently have a 3.314 GPA and going for kinesiology or exercise science.
Cheapest out of state tuition.?
