Cheapest bluetooth tether capable phone?

Activating a new Cricket account in search of the cheapest Bluetooth DUN solution for my netbook.

What is the simplest, cheapest phone that can tether to mobile web? Don't need handholding, just a model # for googling.

Not that I've come up with much... but apparently the Samsung r550, at least, can do it.

Any other suggestions? That can't be the only one.

You can tether with alot of different phones, and the subject has been discussed many times.

As you can see discussed there it can be done on many phones but some have had the feature locked or removed for DUN.

Believe me, I have been a good little googler; the question has proven difficult to answer.

- Which Cricket branded EVDO phones allow the BT DUN profile to be re-enabled?
- Which flashed phones can retain EVDO functionality?

- Of these, which are simple bar/flip phones available for ~$50?

Many topics suggest models/methoRAB may work without indications that they do.

That post about the r550 is the only thing I've found definitively saying "This phone is capable of Bluetooth DUN tethering at EVDO speeRAB." After an earnest search my list of options hovers between one and zero :S

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm going to visit some local shops tomorrow and pick brains, but I'm really trying to do this on my own.
