Cheapest Android Phone

What is the cheapest Android phone out there just to use for wifi? And also for prepaid? And what service im in West Virginia. Please all experts
 
I'm looking at the Virgin Mobile plans - starting at $25 per month with unlimited data and 300 minutes, that's pretty cheap. Phones are $150 (no keyboard) or $200 (with keyboard). I don't know if it's the cheapest, but with a plan I think you'll find it tough to beat over a year or two.
 
that is a very specific question, man. I think the google's should be able to tell you all that.

froogle.com will list phones by price, but cheapeast? your local craigslist?

narrow down your search by finding phones that do prepaid wifi in the first place.
