Cheap preppy clothes and where to find them?

Me and my friends are going as Preps for Halloween. we want to go all out and have little mini skirts and cute accessories. The problem is, we don't have a lot of money (we're 12). So do you know where we could go to get some cheap things. we already know that we're going to Clair's to get our accessories. We just need to know where to go to to buy the clothes. thanks for the help!
 
If you want to be a genuine prep for Halloween, I suggest googling what prep fashion actually is.

I promise you, it's NOT mini skirts and tacky costume jewelry.

If you want to dress prep for Halloween, just visit your local Walmart or Target and pick up white button down shirts, plaid or pleated skirts, and knee socks.

Since you're twelve, you can probably still get away with pigtails, but you might want to use braids instead.

For jewelry, just get some fake pearls.

And that....will be the closest thing to genuine prep you can get.
