Cheap photo developing place in Toronto?

I live in Richmond Hill, Ontario and I used to develop 35mm film rolls at Loblaws near my house. I paid 5.99 for 1hour, and 4.99 for five days. But Loblaws unfortunately closed down and now I have stacks of rolls of films that I couldn't develop due to much higher prices that other photo places ask for.

So my question is, does anyone know a photo place that develops pictures at the same price or less than Loblaws?
