cheap 3G phone

Is there any cheap 3G GSM phones out there ?

must have memory expansion slot ( microSD preferred ) and bluetooth.

3G isn't all that it is cracked up to be, IMHO. Plus battery life while in 3G and trying to log onto 3G is terrible. EDGE works fine for me.
