Chatting up a girl on a bus?

Ok I know that public transport is a weird place to fall in love, but when I'm on a public bus I see a lot of cute girls sometimes, how can I start a conversation? And would you girls find it weird if a guy comes on to you on a bus :)
 
It is a little weird for me,But you can start conversation like you start it anywhere.I guess it is better to start the conversation when you both got off the bus
