chat websites for kids that are almost teens?

well i have a 12 year old sis and she wants something fun like a chat website she already knows neopets, club penguin, dizzy wood, webkinz, and wants to use her own 'stuff" not something dorky
 
AIM, stardoll, imvu (i would not recommend for a 12 year old though), it sounds like she has most of them.

xivio.com - You make an avatar sort of and there are a bunch of rooms and you get "Vios"(money) and you can make your own rooms, talk to people, etc. and there are "guardians"(mods) who are pretty nice and stuff but if someone says really mean things or is like bad they'll turn off their chat for a little and ban them/temp ban them for more srs. overall thats one of my favs.

habbo.com: for people a lttle older, but you can go on as 12 but have to lie that you're 13. suggested f shes mature and such...make sure she doesn't give any info but ts not bad or anything just b carefuller on this site.

Tell your little sister who is 12 to play with her Barbies, ride her bike, and have fun with her friends. She should stay off the internet chat sites because they are filled with child predators pretending to be a kid like her and befriend her. It's very dangerous.
