In the chat sidebar, there are 2 sections. A top and a bottom. The top section always has the same group of people, whether they are online or not, and im wondering why its always these people on the top, ie: what differentiates them from everyone else, who get placed in the bottom.
Also: The people on the bottom section are always ONLY people who are online, whereas the top section has the same people always, whether they are online or not, it still displays their name.
