okay, so , my friend might of been on my computer onto a chat room and saying crude things that got him banned. and now I checked onto it and it said that if you get banned they will send an email to your isp. will they show it to the bill holder? cause I don't want to get in trouble for something I didn't do.

The ISP will ignore it. The customer support team at your ISP (the people who would receive such an email) consider such emails to be spam.

If you've ever bothered to take a look at the ABUSE line in a WHOIS record, it doesn't say that you should use that address when a customer says `crude things` in a chatroom. That address is to be used when an IP address leased by that ISP is part of a botnet or is being used as a zombie webserver/FTP server/DC++/etc. That's what the ISP cares about, since that's what gets them bad publicity and in trouble with the organisations and individuals that are damaged financially or productivity-wise by these zombie clients. The ISP really couldn't care less if one of their customers is being a jerk in a chatroom.
