Charging problems

I have cingular and got my girlfriends t-mobile nokia 6103. I called them and unlocked it and have my sim cad in and everything but it wont charge. I plug in the one out of the original box nothing happens, so i bought another one and when i plug that one in the phone it says "Charging" for a second, then "Not Charging". I don't know what the problem could be, any ideas?

Seems like it's a hardware issue with the charger port. Either have it repaired or replaced.
