charging problems with an 89 honda crx?

I am having charging problems: the alternator the battery is brand new as well as the starter, starter solenoid, and ive taken it back to c if its good several times all with the results as good any suggestions as to what my problem is or what i should do or where to look please help as im in the military and its very important for me to have a car
