Hi Barry if your still having problems with the phone charging & theres nothing wrong with the charging block then no.1 you could try a different charger in the phone if this fails then your 2nd option would be to look at getting the software updated in the phone i had a k850i that wouldnt charge properly & i had a software upgrade done on my phone & it was ok after that if neither of these things work then its time to contact sony ericsson direct & ask for there advice ... sly
