I have Tmobile, obviously. When I checked to see my balance it said $754 and the cycle JUST STARTED TODAY. I went online to check the charges and what did I got? NOTHING. Oh but they sure had the "Make a payment" button all open. I immediately called tmobile, not being the account holder or authorized (I SOON WILL) I couldn't get any information on what the charges were. And I didn't want to tell the account holder (my dad) because he and my mom had a stupid fight and he has anger issues. Don't think it's my fault, I checked my usage even though I have UNLIMITED. There are only three lines on the account (Me, who has unlimited everything, my mom, and my dad). My mom and dad share a family plan with 1000 minutes and unlimited nights & weekends, they don't ever text, even if they did, they can't because they don't know how... Our normal average bill is $156. Last month we got charged for $315 which my father was ignorant in trying to figure out why, he just paid, he doesn't even know what he paid for. And now this! No he hasn't got the bill on paper but the balance is already enough seeing it so big on the my tmobile account. I DONT UNDERSTAND WHERE THE CHARGES CAME FROM. Do you know Tmobile charges us for 5 LINES when there is ONLY 3? THE OTHER TWO LINES ARE RANDOM WITH NO NUMBERS THAT WE GET CHARGED FOR. Tmobile will not remove those lines for some freaking reason. Should I call the cops? I want to -_-
