I'm a spouse of a soldier and i found pictures of him kissing another woman about 6 months ago. I didnt turn him in then but now he has decided to leave me. can I still charge him with adultery after I've known for awhile and both he and the other person are now in new units? I know rank sometimes plays a factor but they are both the same rank.
