I NC, where I tried to get a job in the City. I also record, 2 PWISD marijuana, sell and delivery charges dismissed at 2 6 and 2 Conspiracy, 6 so felonies, 2003 born, all in 2005 persuiant rejected 90-96 NCGS and expungement is going on, but will not be back for a couple months.

My only concern I can pass a background check with the victim, or I should have waited on expungement before applying to finalize.

Also, if I can not pass a background check, law or act in place any appropriate employment, for example, that the state protects the people, such as type of discrimination (the only victim , with).

Some employers who deal with children, elderly, or medical (and perhaps some others, as outlined by statute), note that running a criminal record check are required to provide, with the exception of North Carolina employers are not questioned with the arrests of potential employees. NC employers ask if you have been convicted of a crime, but you honestly answer "is.

But they probably will not tell you base your decision - now, there is a possibility that an employer to find your records, the victim will see, and you decide not to hire.
