channels 815-818 gone from guide now

Hi there,

i was just wondering, i have a HD receiver, and yesterday the american East HD channels were showing up fine. Now today they are gone from the guide, even if i press All Channels it doesn't show up red.

Does anyone know why?

Did Bell takeaway those channels from me and i have to pay extra to now get them?

Did you try resetting your receiver? Push and hold the power button on the receiver (not the remote) until it resets (about 10 seconds).
