Changing wheel Size on ford fiesta mk4?

Hi i currently have 13 inch wheels is it possible to put 14 or 15 inch wheels on instead or would it require alot of work ?
 
the bigger wheel you put on the lower the tyre profile (tyre side) you will need,the lower the profile the dearer the tyre.only work would be changing the wheels. go to a tyre fitting centre and tell them your looking to fit bigger wheels, get a price (there going to give info on wheel size and the Type of tyre etc. for nothing ) then go and price that everywhere - even try ebay
