Changing the Freecoaster Hub on my flatland bmx bike?

I have DK Opsis 2010 I was thinking of changing the Taska Freecoaster Hub that comes with the bike and getting the Complete Nankai Bamboo Freecoaster Hub with Rim. I'm not sure whats the difference the Taska hub is 12t Cog, and the Nankai Bamboo hub -9T cog

I was wondering does this mean i need to change the Crankset and Sprocket to?
I don't understand 12t cog or the 9t cog means?
