Changing phone'son a cricket account

Is this something that can be done @ home, or does the customer need to bring the phone in to the store? Thanks in advance, JPT.

You can do this from home. Just call the 800 nuraber, hit 3, then 4, and the tech will set things on their end and give you directions for the switch.
