I am fat and want to change my lazy lifestyle. These are the changes I have implemented, please let me know if you think they will make a difference in my weight and overall health:
I used to eat whatever i wanted, fast food, processed food, whatever, and however much i wanted.
now i eat fruits and veggies, whole foods without preservatives and processed fakey things, only drink water for a beverage, occasionally organic milk, take vitamins (multivitamin, vitamin d and fish oil) try and get protein through eggs, raw cashews, etc. and try and limit my sugars and carbs.
i went from NO exercise (i work in an office and sit all day as well) to going to the gym and doing sprint-walking and jogging back and forth for 20 mins, and then doing a few reps on the weight machines. I am doing this at the gym about 5-6 nights per week.
Do you think this will make me healthier, and lose weight?
