Changing Localization of E61

Can anyone point me to a way to change the localization of my E61... I got duped by an ebayer, and now own a chinese -localized E61 - would like to change to Ukrainian or any Cyrillic localization
 
You have to watch out when you change the product code on an E61 because the keypad may not work correctly. What I mean by that is that some of the punctuation marks and even letters will not be as listed on the keys themselves.

I flashed my Asian E61 to a Euro pack and when I pressed the letter "Q", it gave me a letter "S"!!!

Apparently there are like 3-4 different keypads out for these models.
