changing hair from relaxed 2 natural, im 13?

i decided 2 keep my hair natural snce sept.15 my mom doesn't want me 2 cut the already relaxed or (perm) part of my hair
So when the growth continued will the relax part change and become natural
or will it be the same way till i died

also- i dont ever cut my hair

and also what to do with my hair
