I have a car with a title that lists our name as John Doe, Peter Pan one after the other without any AND or OR. I am John Doe and listed as the primary owner. I have made all the payments to the financing company and also the insurance is in my name. The other owner is not in the country and there is no way I can contact him. I want to sell the car now. How can I sell the car or transfer the title to my name only. I reside in Atlanta, Georgia.
