I am trying to make changes to an existing website and I cannot figure out where the index.html page is in the root folder on the server. Is there a way to figure out what where a website's homepage is in it's root directory and what its name is? I found an index.html file and tried to edit it but after publishing, the results did not apply. (yes, i cleared the browser's cache and refreshed, still no changes) Any ideas?
