Changes made in Dreamweaver cs3 not working on my html files.?

why my changes made in dreamweaver cs3 doesn't work when I save and view the .html file, in fact it has change the code and the design on cs3 editor pad. And when viewing it on the browser it seems not working, then when I open the file to my notepad++ I could see that the changes of codes are not there, additional codes are not present, (no changes at all). Before having my dreamweaver cs3 I use dreamweaver 8 when editing.

can anyone help me inorder for my htmnl files work on cs3?
