changed number with customer service for my boost mobile phone.. cant

login..says my account is inactive..why? i just now got off the phone with customer service...my account was active before that with a ten dollar balance...they took 5 off the balance for the first time changing it...changed my number...then when i log in w/ one number it says its inactive and the other number is incorrect pin? what do i do now to restore the activation?
