Well did you turn your lights on? did you check to see if the sockets were working? The equipment is only as faulty as the one operating the epuipment.
One must check all avenues before the problem is broken, you should read your manual and make sure a fuse is not blown( if you have a cig lighter fuse that goes out it might also run on the same circuit as your tag lights) check your owners manual.
