change timing on 96 dodge stratus?

how do i change the timing on a 1996 dodge stratus, its got a 2.4 liter, i changed the timing belt and water pump but now it is off timing if you can give me a step by step procedure that would be great, thanks in advance
 
pull the belt back off and line up the marks then put the belt back on......then turn motor over by hand at least 3 revolutions and re-check the marks...if they arnt lined up start again........remember this is a interference motor and turning the shafts with the belt off will damage the motor......

also if the timing is off u may have damaged the motor....
