Change Profile Photo For Yahoo?

I know how to change my profile photo for my yahoo profile but how can I change it for the IM? I dont have yim I use the web IM. I did it before with a different account.
Nope I want to change my photo for the instant messenger. I dont have the program but I use the online one. I had done it once before but I cant remember how.
 
When you log in to Yahoo Answer, first you click your name and then view your profile. Then you click your picture and it'll say if you want to change a photo. Then you choose your photo.
