I put my parent's house address when I signed up for a community college out of county. I actually live at my University which is in the county I want to take the community college course at. I do not want to put my University address because I never seem to get my mail right away, so I was wondering how safe would it be to do a change of address to a relative's house in the county? Out of county tuition is double in county, and I don't think I should have to pay out of county when I live in the county anyway.
