Change Lexus ES350 to the metric system?

No navigation, however, is it possible to convert the temperature and miles per gallon to liters per 100 km and celcius instead of farenheight? The reason I ask is because I will be going to college in Canada this upcoming term and will be driving there from NY and using my own car. I dont care about the odometer or the actual speed I am going since at least it gives it to me in a smaller font size.
