Change language in HTC P3600 to English!?

So i got this HTC Trinity from France and the language is French =( and I need to change it to English. I have tried googling it and i know I have to flash a ROM or something but im not very HTC-savvy so I need help understanding what im suppose to do cuz apparently the phone is suppose to be unlocked or something...and i dont know how to do that..not in French anyway
