my young lab who jut to 5 mths got her ear bite . The other dog was a white wirehaired terrier with fawn brown spot on his ribs also as caused other dogs to get vets treatment...law states 2 bites that little shisteris still breathing &walking free and unless the dog bites a human THERE IS NOW'T NO-ONE CAN DO...OR IS THERE.?.Which meant .he can carry on pulling other dogs to pieces....I have phoned the police and Dog Warden both say the same ''ONLY IF THE DOG BITES A HUMAN ..'' ( my poor angel s ear was bleeding non-stop it was split in two needed vets attention FAST!!! igot a wacking bill £124.89 not that i be grudge the money ) Who else thinks the Law ...BRITISH. is bang out of order....PLEASSSElet me know labs are placid she is just a baby ..Irecently heard that terrier as injured upto now 8 other dogs
 
WTF are you saying? I'm sorry I think your dog got bit and you are upset that the other dog isn't put down. Maybe you should watch your own dog better and learn how to type. I bet your spell check just had a heart attack.
 
Can you sue people in small claims court in the UK?
That would be the thing to do - or get these people together and present all the bills to a lawyer and the police.
