Chances of getting into University of Chicago?

ok, so here are some stats:
ACT:28
GPA:3.6
EC: of tons
Class type:took tons of AP and advance classes, waiting on scores
Essay: can write pretty well at most times
background:African American immigrant. I have been here for 7 years now.
so, based on that what do you think? I know you guys probably hear alot of these types of question, but do help me out.
