My 32 yr old daughter is married and soon hopes to start a family. Since her teens she has been prescribed numerous medications and attended skin clinics regarding her Acne. I understand still having Acne at this age very much increases the chances of her having Polycystic Ovaries but I am wondering in the chances lesses/increase by the severity of the Acne? Looking at her nobody would say she had bad skin as she camouflages it well and she has no pitted marks, only when you see the medical 'photos or when it is particularly bad you see the spots close up. It only seems to effect her forehead and chin, no other place on her body. What are the chances she has Polycystic Ovaries and her chances of getting pregnant. I read 85% of people who have Acne after 20 are likely to have this condition but as I say unsure if it is anything to do with the severity of the Acne. Thank you.
