This has yet to be verified, but I'm assuming there is a crack underground in the foundation wall of my garden level condo. Every time we get a lot of precipitation or a big snow melt, the floor along that wall gets soaked. I know it's not coming in through the window because the window is 4 inches off the ground and covered by a balcony above. I am going to make some phone calls, but figured I'd consult the answers community first. Given the past experiences I have had with this HOA, they never give straight answers. Has anyone heard of an HOI policy covering this? I'm assuming not... Thanks again!
