A recent interviewer asked a simple but not so simple ?, I was interviewing for very large, 350 + person law office where I've worked for the max 20 person office. Small office you wear many hats, do almost everything, large office for this job, your at the reception desk, just phones and a little bit of projects at for this job, the ? was, what is your greatest accomplishment, my answer, not knowning anything about the legal industry and being self taught, 11 years later I'm still in the bus., their response, this is a huge office, you've worked for small offices, you did a lot of general office duties, here your just at the desk. Okay, how do you convince a large co., you can handle working for them when you've only worked for small co., How also do you convince them that although you have worn many hates throughout your career working for small compaines, you can handle just being at the front desk only. What should I of said when answering this ? How do you get into a lg co.
