Right, I've recently started looking into chakra and the meditation techniques, I got some meditation positions off the internet but I'm slightly confused as it says "Do a meditation for 7-10 breaths. Chant the sound several times breath (for example three times)" But I don't understand, does that mean you repeat i.e LAM three times in one breath? That doesn't sound right to me as I thought it was more a long, continuous sound? Like breathing in and whilst exhaling chanting LAAAMMMMMMMM and then stopping and repeating it? I'm confused, help please! And explain in detail please, Thanks!
