Hi,
it is verry simple solution.
1. Use the Joker software, cut way (see on Joker-> TP), use service cable (DCA500 or C55 cable; try first with your data cable) and open your phone, Joker-> "ReCalc All Keys"
2. Use the Joker software, cut way (see on Joker-> TP), phone off, Joker-> Service-> Service mode (read the info; read Security mode "Factory or Customer mode"). If show the Customer mode, go to "Skey" -> ReCalc All Keys and your phone is unlocked.
Bee carrefully to cut the way in the phone!!!!
